HOW DO I CHOOSE A BRACELET SIZE?

ARE AVAILABLE BRACELETS IN STOCK?
Materials for some bracelets designs, such as those shown on the AVAILABLE NOW page, are always in stock, however, each bracelet is made to your exact size and instructions. The creation of your bracelet only begins when you place your order.

TIME---HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
As each leather bracelet is assembled by hand, to order specifications. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to create, fulfill, and ship your order.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
PLACE YOUR ORDER and an EMAIL CONFIRMATION is sent to you letting you know your order was received and is being placed into production. If there are any questions regarding your order you will be notified either by email or phone.
ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS for production.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION is sent when your order is shipped. This email includes a tracking number to follow the status of your order delivery.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
You will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone if there are any questions or concerns about your order. If any delays are expected due to out of stock or backordered items, or any other concerns, you will be contacted immediately to resolve any issue and given an estimated shipping date for your order.
